Restore a more youthful appearance to thin, droopy, aging lips.

Thinning upper lips give the appearance of being old and angry. Fine lines and wrinkles (often called “smoker’s lines”) add insult to injury. Men and women today are fighting back by taking advantage of the many age defying options available than can virtually…take years off an aging face.

Lip augmentation rejuvenates lips by restoring their youthful volume and shape. This can be accomplished both non-surgically with injectable fillers for temporary, but natural looking results, or with implants that achieve a softer and more natural look today than in the past.

Benefits of Lip Augmentation

• Restores a more youthful appearance to thin, droopy, aging lips
• Injectables work by plumping up or restoring lost volume to thin lips
• Implants restore fullness, shape & volume permanently
• Augmentation reduces fine lines & wrinkles around the mouth
• Lifts droopy corners of the mouth to a more youthful position
• Your own body fat can even be used for natural, long lasting results
• Is a safe office or operating room procedure with little to no downtime

Is Lip Augmentation right for me?

If your lips are showing their age and have lost their volume and shape, and you have a strong desire to rejuvenate them to look younger, then lip augmentation is right for you. Dr. Bloom will discuss your options during your personal consultation and help you make the right choice. You should be in good health and have mature, realistic expectations.

Lip Augmentation…How it’s done.

Lip augmentation involves a few different options. Temporary treatments use injectable fillers, take only a few minutes in our office to perform, and require only a local anesthetic. These include fillers such as Juvederm and Restylane to achieve wonderful results for up to 1 year. Permanent lip enhancement uses implants such as the PermaLip® and involves placement under local anesthesia.

Aging causes thinning lips to lose their fullness & voluptuous shape while the corners of the mouth sag & wrinkles appear. When the lips go…the signs of youth, health & fertility fade also.
